Chicken And Potato Soup With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or parts
    2 qt. water
    2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    6 potatoes, peeled and chunked
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. Nature's Seasons or salt and pepper
    1 small box Jiffy biscuits, mixed according to instructions less 1/4 liquid
Preparation
    In a large pot, season water with salt and pepper.
    Add washed, cut up chicken parts.
    Cook until tender.
    Remove chicken and pour broth through strainer; set aside chicken to cool. Saving all the broth, return to stove.
    Add onions, celery, carrots and potatoes; adjust seasoning to taste.
