Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
    Add 1 cup flour, shortening, salt and egg.
    Add rest of flour.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Stir down and put in greased muffin pans.
    Let double.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen.
