Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour into well-greased deep muffin cups (3/4 full).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve immediately. Makes 5 to 9 popovers.
