Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 medium size onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    salt and red pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot fat; brown onion in fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered, in moderate oven.
