Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole cut up chicken or all thighs
    2 c. dry uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Spray coat a large 12 x 18-inch baking pan.
    Wash chicken and lightly salt each side.
    Sprinkle dry rice evenly over bottom of pan.
    Arrange chicken (1 layer) over rice, skin side up.
    Spread cream of chicken soup over all chicken evenly.
    Pour the water over all. Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0 until tender.
