Golden Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh carrots
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. almonds, finely chopped
Preparation
    Slice carrots crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook in boiling, salted water 15 minutes; drain.
    In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients, except parsley and almonds, and stir until lumps disappear, cooking over a medium heat.
    Add carrots and parsley and toss.
    Add almonds just before serving.
