Ground Beef Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (No. 1) can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Brown onion and celery in butter.
    Remove from pan.
    Brown beef and rice.
    Combine soup, water, soy sauce, pepper, celery and onion.
    Stir in bean sprouts.
    Lightly bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 2-quart dish.
    Serve warm over crunchy Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
