Angie'S Chicken Or Tuna Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
    2 (4 oz.) tuna or chicken (or more)
    1/2 c. chopped cooked broccoli, chopped celery, carrots, onions, cabbage or mushrooms
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. each or more of whatever raw vegetable you like best
    bouillon bits or beef cubes
    soy sauce, seasoned salt or onion powder to taste (or whatever seasonings liked best)
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok
    or
    nonstick skillet.\tAdd meat, fresh vegetables.
    Saute altogether
    with
    seasonings and serve over rice.
    This is low calorie.
