Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg plus 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 additional Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat egg and lemon juice.
    Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Rinse, pat dry chicken.
    Dip in egg, then flour.
    Brown chicken in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Add additional lemon juice; pour over chicken.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
    Serves 4.
