Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. superfine sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
whipped cream
sliced kiwi and strawberries
