Savory Orange Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) lean boneless rump roast
    3/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
    1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Trim fat from roast.
    Place roast in a large shallow dish. Combine 3/4 cup orange juice and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour over roast.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
    Place roast and marinade in a large Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
