Brandy Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. mandarin peel, chopped
2 Tbsp. soft shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mandarin jelly
1/4 c. brandy
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Beat in the sugar, mandarin peel and shortening.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend into the egg mixture alternately with the mandarin juice and brandy to make a smooth batter.
