Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Cool 1 minute.
Beat on high.
Pour into wax paper-lined pan.
Let set; cut into squares.
If used as icing, after beating, ice cake.
