Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. apricot Jell-O
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large jar apricot baby food with tapioca
1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix
Jell-O,
sugar and water and bring to a boil.
Add cream cheese,
pineapple\tand
baby food.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into a dish, top with chopped nuts and chill.
