Barbecue Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil (only if your meat is very lean)
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice or any brand that cooks in 5 minutes
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion, pepper and garlic.
    Drain off the fat. Add in beans, water, sauce, bouillon and garlic powder.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in the rice; remove from heat and cover.
    Let stand at least 5 minutes, then stir again.
    It's ready when all liquid is absorbed.
