Buttermilk Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 lb. fryer pieces
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter in pan; dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk and roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Place in pan, skin side down.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes.
    Mix soup and 1 cup buttermilk and pour around pieces. Bake until tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
