Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 stick butter/margarine
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck; drain. Add pepper, onion and mushrooms. Saute until onion is clear.
    Pour everything including rice and consomme in a large casserole dish, uncovered, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
