Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut clean, unpeeled potatoes into even wedges.
    Boil for 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain.
    Pat dry.
    Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake again for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheeses are melted.
    Serves 4.
