Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube breakfast sausage
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
    1 tube croissants
Preparation
    Fry sausage in large frying pan and drain.
    In a 10 x 13 baking dish, line croissants and push up around edges.
    Add cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
    Lightly beat eggs and add salt and pepper and pour over ingredients in pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about an hour or until eggs are to desired firmness.
    Will set as it cools.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
