Edna'S Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. peeled crawfish
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion, pepper and garlic in a 2-quart dish. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes covered.
    Add paprika, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and crawfish tails.
    Mix cornstarch and water and add to other.
    Microwave 10 to 11 minutes.
