Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, cubed
    10 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cube bread and place on bottom of a greased casserole dish. Grate cheese and sprinkle on bread.
    Cook sausage and drain. Place between paper towels to rid excess grease.
    Then sprinkle over the cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (uncovered).
    Goes well with Curried Fruit.
