Shrimp And Carambola Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. large unpeeled shrimp
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked penne (1/2 lb. uncooked pasta, tubular shaped)
1 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 c. sliced green onions
3 carambolas (each cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices)
Boston lettuce leaves
Preparation

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until done.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Peel and chill.
