Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon cabbage, chopped fine
    3 tsp. salt
    celery
    green peppers
    carrots
    onions
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and salt together and let stand one hour.
    Then add;
    celery, green peppers, carrots and onions, chopped fine, as much of each as you like.
    Combine the following in a saucepan: vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed, and mustard seed.
    Boil for one minute then cool to room temperature.
    Pour over chopped vegetables, mixing well.
    Pack into freezer containers.
    To use just thaw and serve.
