Buttermilk Refrigerator Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. cream or half and half
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Add soda, sugar and salt to buttermilk.
    Sift baking powder and flour into this.
    Add yeast.
    Stir in oil, cream and beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator and allow batter to stand at room temperature to activate the yeast.
    Bake on a hot griddle.
    Store in a 3 pound coffee can.
    It will keep 10 days or longer.
    Use from it as you wish.
