Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seeded raisins
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    juice 1 lemon
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soak raisins 3 hours.
    Mix sugar, flour and egg.
    Add seasoning, raisins and liquid.
    Cook over hot water for 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    When mixture is cool, empty into dough lined pie dish.
    Cover with strips of dough, crisscrossed. Then bake until browned.
