Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1 c. milk, scalded
6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. powdered milk
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and dry milk.
Add scalded milk; add spinach and add eggs and onion.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
