Red Cabbage 'N' Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. Realemon Juice from concentrate
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. shredded red cabbage
    2 medium all-purpose apples, cored and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt margarine; stir in lemon juice, sugar, water, caraway, and salt.
    Add cabbage and apples; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25-30 minutes.
    Makes 6-8 servings.
