Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    3 large apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Boil sweet
    potatoes until tender and peel them.
    Slice one into the
    bottom
    of
    a casserole dish.
    Peel and slice an apple over
    the
    potato
    layer.
    Add 1/4 cup nuts and sprinkle with 1/2 cup
    brown
    sugar
    and
    cinnamon.
    Slice potato over this, then another
    apple.
    Repeat
    until everything is used. Slice butter on top
    and bake at 375\u00b0 until apples are tender or about 30 minutes.
    Serves
    8.
    This
    dish is a favorite at Thanksgiving.
