Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    flour and cooking oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 to 8 patties.
    Roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Place patties in baking dish and cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
