Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together egg, milk, salad oil and pineapple with juice. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, then add to egg mixture.
    Stir together just until moistened. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
