Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken pieces
1 lb. carrots
2 bunches broccoli
salt (optional)
pepper
2 sticks butter
Preparation
-
Saute chicken in butter with salt and pepper. When chicken is done, add broccoli and carrots. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice or noodles.
