Brochettes Of Pork With Sage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean pork loin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. dried sage
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Cover and marinate at least 15 minutes (the longer the better).
    Heat grill. Put pork on skewers or a grill pan.
    Cook 20 minutes or until done.
