Strawberry Cream Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 large bananas, finely diced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add frozen strawberries, stirring occasionally until strawberries are thawed.
    Add pineapple and bananas.
    Pour half of mixture into an 8 x 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Chill.
    When firm, spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin mixture on top.
    Chill until firm, then cut into 9 inch squares and top with sour cream.
