Stir-Fry Vegetables With Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken meat, diced
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. cabbage
    1/2 c. cauliflower
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. zucchini
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 c. carrots
Preparation
    Stir-fry all vegetables until tender-crisp in small amount of oil.
    Add chicken, sunflower seeds and water chestnuts, sliced. Season with soy sauce. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
