Chicken In A Skillet With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserving liquid)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain.
    Add tomatoes and soup mix blended with water and reserved liquid. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
