Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast (any kind)
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on low heat around 10 to 12 hours.
    Drain liquid.
    Chop up meat for excellent sandwiches.
