Pastry Bows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Visky (vanilla)
    6 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Work all above ingredients together.
    Knead well for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Flour table and divide dough into 2 parts.
    Roll out to a thin layer.
    Cut into 2-inch strips and again to 2-inch lengths. Slit again down center of each diagonal pastry.
    Now bring one corner through center slit.
