Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 potatoes
1/3 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. leftover chopped ham
2 c. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes thinly.
Cook in salted water until tender. Drain.
Melt margarine over low heat; stir in flour and milk. Cook slowly until slightly thickened.
In casserole dish, layer potatoes, ham, cheese and milk mixture, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
May also be cooked on High in microwave for 5 minutes.
