Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, sift together baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Store in covered container up to 6 weeks at room temperature.
    For longer storage, freeze.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
