Mock Potato Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 (14 oz.) jar pimento
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. sweetener
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower about half done; dice.
    Add one 14 ounce jar of pimento, diced.
    Also dice celery and green pepper; add to the rest of the ingredients.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
