Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cut in chips
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    5 soda crackers (crumbs)
Preparation
    Cook onion and squash until tender.
    Combine all in a casserole bowl and top with cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
