Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes (in heavy syrup)
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
brown sugar and cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Preparation

Heat the potatoes and drain off the juice. Mix all ingredients with the heated potatoes and beat with a mixer.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
