Vidalias And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. thin sliced Vidalia onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in 3-quart casserole until foamy. Add onions.
    Stir until well coated.
    Add rice and salt.
    Cook in a 300\u00b0 oven about 1 hour, stirring 2 to 3 times.
    Just before serving, add milk, cheese and parsley.
    Stir until cheese is melted and well mixed.
