Soft Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar.
Slowly add water and mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients.
Add eggs and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
