Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour (Swans Down)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
Preparation

Combine ingredients in two 8-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
