Barbecued Chicken Livers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken livers
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. white wine
garlic
Preparation

Rinse liver and drain on absorbent paper.
Mix all ingredients to make sauce and let the liver stand in sauce for 30 minutes. Spoon livers with sauce into greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, turning livers once.
Serve hot, inserting a pick into each liver or serve as an entree with hot rice and chopped green onions sprinkled on livers.
