Grandma Lester'S Cucumbers With Sour Cream And Pecan Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 cucumbers

Preparation

Mix sour cream, chopped pecans, grated onion, lemon juice and salt.
Peel 2 cucumbers and slice thin.
Chill.
Add dressing and toss lightly.
Serve on greens.
Serves 4.
