Leftover Chicken & Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato, peeled and sliced
Chicken or turkey hand full bite sized pieces, cooked
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 can cream of celery soup (or whatever cream style soup you have)
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In oven baking dish arrange layers of potatoes, chicken and onions.
Mix together soup and milk in small bowl.
Pour over top of layers.
Cover.
Bake for 40 minutes or till potatoes are fork tender.
Yield:
1 to 2 servings.
