Smoked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch chunks
8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced thick
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 medium onion (if desired), diced
1/2 green bell pepper (if desired), chopped
1 can water
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Layer all of the smoked sausage on bottom of dish.
Add all the sliced potatoes.
Add green pepper and onion, if desired.
Set aside.
