Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. box zwieback, crushed
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1 c. cream
1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. pistachio nuts
Preparation

Combine zwiback, 1 cup sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Press mixture in bottom and on sides of greased 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 3/4 cup for topping.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add salt and lemon juice and rind.
Stir in cream, cream cheese and flour.
Press until mixture is well blended.
Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved topping and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 12 servings.
